JN XA-8007 High Efficiency Degassing and Defoaming Agent

• Function

JN XA-8007 is a high-temperature degassing and defoaming agent. Its working principle: significantly reduce the air content in the pulp by promoting the small bubbles in the pulp to gather and then float up to burst. The most effective working temperature for the product is between 35℃and 55℃. One important advantage of JN XA-8007 is that it can prevent hydrophobic substance from gathering in the surface of the pulp because of the flotation effect of the bubbles. At the same time it also can prevent the white water in the saveall pan(saveall box) forming bubbles in the surface. JN XA-8007 is a very efficient paper machine degassing and defoaming agent for pulp. It can be used in the stages like pulp-making process, added between pulp- washing, pulp concentration and bleaching.

The non-environmentally friendly products ethoxylatedalkylphenol (APEO) is not used in the production of JN XA-8007.

• Use

Add JN XA-8007 into slurry or fresh water for dilution before addition. When diluted, generally proportion for clean water and emulsion should not less than 3:1. Stir well before used to avoid creaming. It must be added at the place where the flow is most turbulent so as to mix well. Generally, the place is the white water channel or the operating side of the paper machine wiper blade. Measure the product with diaphragm pump or plunger pump and add it to the slurry. Suggestion: dilute the product with fresh water at a speed of 100～200L/Hr on line with static mixer.

When adding JN XA-8007 with a proportion of 0.02% to 0.1% as compared to the pulp, degassing effect can be fully achieved, and it can suppress the formation of bubbles on the liquid surface.

• Caution

The drum must be tightly sealed after the product is used. Because of the evaporation of water, the emulsion would become dry and waxed. The waxed JN XA-8007 solid can be washed off with hot water.

Store it in cool and shady place（5℃～30℃）and avoid freezing and exposure to sunlight.

200kg、1000kg plastic drum, or according to customer requirements.
