v  Function

JN DM-1112 Retention andFilter Aid is a cationic polymer of intermediate molecular weight which caneffectively flocculate fine fibres and fillers in the pulp, connect and createa reticulate net-like structure which will disperse evenly and retain on thepaper. It can reduce concentration of white water and consumption of pulp. Whenimproving the retention rate, traditional retention aid will increase load ofwire end and steam consumption, dehydration problems and other side effects indifferent degrees. Because filter aid components are added to JN DM-1112, itcan improve the operation performance of paper machines while improveretention, especially for high-speed machines.

v  Use

The dosage of JN DM-1112will be different in different charge circumstance in papermaking system andthe general one is 0.5-1.0 KG for per ton of paper. Dilute the product 20-50times on-line before adding to the process between fan pump and head wire wherestuff concentration is lower.

v Caution

This product is acidic, avoid direct contactwith skin. In case of accidental contact with skin, rinse immediately withplenty of water. This product should be stored in a cool and shady place ( 5 ~30 ), avoid freezing and sun exposure.
